Mississippi Center for Public Policy (MCPP).
The underlying data for each county has been provided to MCPP by that county,
either directly or through a third party with which the county contracts
to computerize its financial record-keeping. In either case, the data has been
obtained with the authorization of the county’s Chancery Clerk and/or Board
of Supervisors. The county generating the records is solely and exclusively
responsible for the accuracy of the information it supplied to MCPP and for
compliance with the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983. |
